Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is excellent, halfway between the airport and the city center with amazing views to the harbor. The rooms are fully corresponded to the description, equipped with all necessities and even a water boiler for tea and coffee, maintaining a pleasant temperature. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Farzard the Night Receptionist, making my stay extremely pleasant. The dining experience was fantastic with a great selection of options. However, the lack of promptness in clearing tables was a small drawback. Overall, a great value for money choice in Copenhagen.
The hotel has clean rooms but is short on supplies. Booking was a bit pricey. The service was really helpful and excellent, making me want to stay here again when I'm back in Copenhagen. The location was convenient for my meetings but a bit remote, requiring bus and metro rides to the city center. The dining experience was good overall, although staff seemed insufficient at times.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel with its various room options, some overlooking the street or the small marina. The proximity to the bus stop was convenient, but better ventilation or air conditioning in the rooms would improve comfort during the stay.
The hotel is conveniently located for a fitness walk, but the rooms facing the noisy multi-lane road can be a downside. Despite this, the room amenities are comprehensive for a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly, notably receptionist Kit who went above and beyond to upgrade our room. However, cleaning services were not automatically offered. The location is a bit remote, requiring transport to reach the city center, but the Danish public transport network makes it stress-free. Dining options were varied and delicious, although the best meat may come at a higher price. Overall, a decent hotel with some minor drawbacks.
